The 2025 Forum of the International Association of Capital Market Specialists  (IACMS) is scheduled to be held in Hong Kong, China from February 16 to 18, 2025. This is the second Forum of the association held in Hong Kong during 10 years after the 2015 Forum.  Cooperation and fees

 

(1) Attendance fee:

The membership fee is HK$10000 (early bird price HK$6000 before January 29, 2025).

The non-member participation fee is HK$22000 (early bird price is HK$12000 before January 29, 2025)

 

(2) Joint hosting and co-hosting cost fees: no less than HK$100,000 per Uint.

Including but not limited to commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, multilateral development banks, international financial institutions, bondholders, private credit providers, equity investors, fund managers and insurance providers.

Each hosting and co-hosting institution is entitled to general rights and specific rights (special requirements) such as arranging a 5-15 minute speech at the main venue, 10-50 free participants, one roadshow project, and business introduction materials can be put into the forum document bag.

Financial institutions that have made greet contributions to the organization of this forum  can enjoy the most preferential treatment of 30% discount or completely free of charge.

 

(3) Sponsors: no less than HK$50,000.

We will provide the display of financial products or services for  this forum’s sponsors. We provide a specific display area outside the meeting - room for them. Our team will distribute their business introduction brochures uniformly to promote  their business development during specific  period of  this forum. And more.

The sponsors recommended / introduced by this forum’s  organizer, co-organizer or holder will be given priority for cooperation.

 

(4) The forum  agents or authorized agencies must be signed agreements with organizers. IACMS’s member or cooperative institutions will be given priority.
