This is the second annual meeting of the association held in Hong Kong, China 10 years after the 2015 Annual Meeting. Conference cooperation and fees

 

(1) Attendance fee:

The membership fee is HK$10000 (early bird price HK$6000 before January 29, 2025).

The non-member participation fee is HK$22000 (early bird price is HK$12000 before January 29, 2025)

 

(2) Joint hosting and co-hosting fees: no less than HK$100,000 per institution.

 

Including but not limited to commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, multilateral development banks, international financial institutions, bondholders, private credit providers, equity investors, fund managers and insurance providers.

 

Each hosting and co-hosting institution is entitled to general rights and specific rights (special requirements) such as arranging a 5-15 minute speech at the main venue, 10-50 free participants, one roadshow project, and business introduction materials included in the conference document bag.

 

Financial institutions that have made special contributions to the organization of this conference can enjoy the most preferential treatment of 30% discount or completely free of charge.

 

(3) Sponsors: no less than HK$50,000.

 

Provide a display of financial products or services supporting the conference, provide a specific display area outside the venue, distribute business introduction brochures uniformly, promote business during specific time periods, etc.

 

Sponsors recommended or introduced by the organizer, co-organizer or organizer will be given priority for cooperation.

 

(4) The commission of the conference investment agent or entrusted institution shall not be less than 30%. Member units and cooperative institutions shall be given priority.
