会员种类及入会条件

Membership Categories and Eligibility Criteria

一、个人会员 / Individual Membership

入会条件 / Eligibility:

1. 年龄要求 / Age Requirement:

   年满23周岁 / At least 23 years old.

2. 职业背景 / Professional Background:

   从事资本市场服务业（如投行、律所、咨询等） / Engaged in capital market services (e.g., investment banking, legal, consulting).

   持有资本市场相关从业资格（如CFA、CPA、证券从业资格等）或担任公司中层以上职位 / Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, securities license) or hold a mid-to-senior management position.

3. 合作精神 / Commitment:

   具有合作意愿和奉献精神 / Demonstrate willingness to collaborate and contribute to the association.

 

二、企业会员 / Corporate Membership

入会条件 / Eligibility:

1. 企业资质 / Corporate Status:

   成立三年以上 / Registered and operational for at least 3 years.

   净资产不低于2000万元人民币（或等值外币） / Net assets ≥ RMB 20 million (or equivalent foreign currency).

   年利润不低于500万元人民币（或等值外币） / Annual profit ≥ RMB 5 million (or equivalent foreign currency).

2. 财务状况 / Financial Health:

   - 企业负债率不超过70% / Debt-to-asset ratio ≤ 70%.

3. 战略规划 / Strategic Plan:

   三年内有明确上市计划或资本运作需求（如并购、发债等） / Clear plan for IPO or capital operations (e.g., M&A, bond issuance) within 3 years.

 

三、专业委员会会员 / Professional Committee Membership

入会条件 / Eligibility:

1. 基础资格 / Prerequisite:

   需先成为个人会员或企业会员 / Must be an existing Individual or Corporate Member.

2. 专业领域 / Specialization:

   在特定领域（如SPAC、ESG、数字资产等）具备丰富经验或资源 / Proven expertise or resources in specialized fields (e.g., SPAC, ESG, digital assets).

3. 参与承诺 / Participation Commitment:

   承诺每年至少参与两次专业委员会活动 / Commit to attending ≥ 2 committee events annually.

 

四、学生会员（可选） / Student Membership (Optional)

入会条件 / Eligibility:

1. 教育背景 / Education:

   全日制在读硕士/博士研究生，主修金融、法律、经济等相关专业 / Full-time graduate student (Master/PhD) in finance, law, economics, or related fields.

2. 推荐要求 / Recommendation:

   需由一名IACMS正式会员或高校教授推荐 / Recommended by an existing IACMS member or university professor.

 

注 / Notes:

所有申请需通过IACMS理事会审核 / All applications subject to approval by the IACMS Board.

会员资格每年复审，未达标者可能暂停或取消资格 / Membership reviewed annually; non-compliance may result in suspension or termination.
