Membership Rights and Obligations

一、会员权利 / Rights of Members

1. 选举权、被选举权与表决权  

   参与协会理事会及专业委员会选举，享有被提名权及投票权。  

   Right to vote, stand for election, and participate in decision-making for the Board and committees.

2. 活动参与权  

   免费或优先参加协会组织的全球峰会、培训、沙龙等活动。  

   Access to events including global summits, workshops, and networking sessions (free or priority registration).

3. 服务优先权  

   优先获得协会发布的行业报告、数据资源及定制化咨询服务。  

   Priority access to industry reports, proprietary databases, and advisory services.

4. 知情权与监督权  

   查阅协会章程、财务报告及重大决策文件，并提出建议或质询。  

   Right to information and oversight: Review bylaws, financial statements, and policy documents; submit suggestions or inquiries.

5. 入退会自由权  

   自愿加入，自由退会（需提前30天书面通知）。  

   Freedom to join or withdraw: Voluntary membership with freedom to withdraw (30-day written notice required).

二、会员义务 / Obligations of Members

1. 遵守章程与规范  

   严格遵守协会章程及专业委员会规则。  

   Compliance: Adhere to IACMS bylaws and committee regulations.

2. 执行决议  

   落实协会理事会通过的政策决议及行业标准。  

   Implement resolutions passed by the Association.

3. 维护协会权益  

   不得以协会名义从事违法违规活动，维护协会声誉与合法权益。  

   Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Association; refrain from illegal activities under its name.

4. 完成交办工作  

   积极参与协会委托的研究、调研或行业倡议项目。  

   Complete assigned tasks: Actively engage in research, surveys, or initiatives delegated by the Association.

5. 信息反馈义务  

   及时向协会反映行业动态、风险案例及政策建议。  

   Provide feedback: Report market trends, risk cases, and policy recommendations.

6. 缴纳会费 

   按年度标准及时缴纳会费（逾期超过60天将暂停会员资格）。  

   Timely payment of fees: Annual dues must be paid promptly (membership suspended after 60 days overdue).
