协会简介

        国际资本市场服务协会（International Association of Capital Market Specialists，简称 IACMS）是一家国际性金融服务与自律组织，前身为国际投融资联盟（IIFA）。协会于2015年1月29日在中国香港注册成立，目前总部位于香港中环，并在上海、北京、伦敦、纽约等地设有区域中心。

        协会宗旨在于推动资本市场服务标准化、促进科技与金融融合、赋能新兴市场资本流动，降低跨境交易成本。我们的愿景是成为具有全球影响力的资本服务专业机构。

        核心成员与网络： IACMS 会员涵盖资本市场各类中介服务机构，包括投资银行、证券公司、律师事务所、会计师事务所、信用评级机构、咨询公司及金融科技公司等专业机构及其从业人员。截至目前，协会拥有超过800家企业会员及1200余名个人会员，并与全球多家交易所及金融监管机构建立了战略合作伙伴关系。

        核心职能与服务： 协会专注于为多资产类别跨境交易提供专业支持与自律规范，主要服务包括：

         · 标准制定：与相关机构合作编制并发布行业规范与指引。

         · 行业研究：定期发布资本市场研究报告与分析。

         · 会议与培训：举办“资本市场峰会”等品牌会议；下设资本市场学院，提供专业教育培训。

         · 股权市场：跨境IPO保荐流程优化、中概股回归路径设计、ESG披露框架咨询。

         · 债券市场：离岸债券发行指引、绿色债券认证、违约处置机制建议。

INTRODUCTION TO IACMS

      The International Association of Capital Market Specialists (IACMS) is an international financial services and self-regulatory organization, formerly known as the International Investment and Financing Alliance (IIFA). It was registered as a society in Hong Kong, China on January 29, 2015, with its headquarters located in Central, Hong Kong, and regional centers in Shanghai, Beijing, London, New York, and other major financial hubs.

      The mission of IACMS is to promote standardization in capital market services, foster the integration of technology and finance, facilitate capital flows in emerging markets, and reduce cross-border transaction costs. Our vision is to become a globally recognized professional institution in capital services.

       Members and Network： IACMS members include a wide range of capital market intermediary institutions, such as investment banks, securities firms, law firms, accounting firms, credit rating agencies, consulting companies, and fintech enterprises, along with their professionals. To date, the association boasts over 800 corporate members and more than 1,200 individual members, and has established strategic partnerships with numerous exchanges and financial regulators worldwide.

       Functions and Services： IACMS focuses on providing professional support and self-regulatory frameworks for cross-border multi-asset transactions. Key services include:
